The Management Services (MS) Wing of the Establishment Division serves as a strategic think tank driving public sector modernization in Pakistan. A notable initiative is the successful 4-day Training/Workshop on 'Unlocking the Potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Public Sector Excellence in Pakistan,' held from April 14-17, 2025, in Islamabad, which engaged 97 participants from over 66 organizations, including the armed forces of Pakistan. This initiative showcases the MS Wing's role in equipping public servants with critical AI knowledge, driving future-ready governance.
