Establishment Division is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified organization. The Quality Management Cell (QMC) of Management Services Wing manages all activities related to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System(QMS) of Establishment Division and the role of QMC has been instrumental in establishing, implementing, maintaining and continual improvement of Quality Management System of Establishment Division. 

The initial ISO 9001:2015 certification was awarded to Establishment Division by National Quality Assurance (NQA), United Kingdom on June 21, 2017 for a period of 3 years. After expiry of 3 years, TUV Austria – Bureau of Inspection and Certification Pvt. Ltd. has awarded ISO 9001:2015 recertification to Establishment Division on Dec 17, 2020 for a further period of three years, after validating continued compliance of Establishment Division to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
